My parents were Peace Corps Volunteers in Liberia 1971-1973. My sister and I were with them. I was 7 years old when we moved to Monrovia. We attended ACS (American Cooperative School) and lived in the Old Congo Town area of Monrovia.

My father worked for the Department of Agriculture trying to start a cattle program in Liberia. My mother worked in the Peace Corps Medical Office in Monrovia.

I am sharing many of my father’s photos. He died in 1990.
