Annie, the orange seller

In front of Abi Jaoudi’s super market there were always a group of women selling fresh fruit. Annie was one of the regulars and had such a winning personality. She was a born saleswoman and actress!

    I remember Annie. We lived in Liberia from 1968 to 1973. She was a hoot and always made you smile.

    We lived at Caldwell from 68-71 and Annie was always the highlight of our trip to town. I sure hope Annie has fared well over these years.
