Taken outside of Jorwah, Bong Co in 1974. I was stationed there as a Peace Corps Volunteer and several of the children “adopted” me. This is a typical scene in the countryside of young girls taking on chores at a young age but seeming to enjoy themselves. The cool water must have felt good on a hot day.
