Main road to Greenville

Author: JacqueZ

This is the road beside our house, and the only one into town. When we were there the road to Monrovia finally opened, just at the end of our service.
This road was great because we could tell whether we were going to have school or not by whether kids rode their bikes, or walked, on the road in the morning or not. Bad rain, no kids, no school. Most lived far away across the river without a way to get to school.

1967
