Neighbourhood on the southeastern edge of Monrovia, on the south (ocean) side of Fairground (United Nations) Road and west of Camp Johnson Road. Electrical power wires run off the pole in the centre. The west side of the Executive Mansion can be seen in the upper centre of the photo.
